Refund & Cancellation Policy

International Journal for Scientific Research in Modern Engineering and Science (IJSRMES) is an international, peer reviewed, open access, online journal that provides the global platform to publish and share the novel ideas, original research work, review papers, research articles and scientific comments on recent trends in science, engineering and technologies, business, medicine, arts and many more. IJSRMES provides published articles at free of cost on open access basis. IJSRMES does not gain any income through selling online versions of the published articles. No fees or charges are required from authors for manuscript submission. We charge nominal Article Processing Fee (APC)/Publication charge only after acceptance of article. Nominal article processing charge/Publication charge is a fee which is charged to authors to make a work available open access. This fee may be paid by the author, the author's institution, or their research funder. Full information about fees is clearly stated on the journal´s website.

Refund Policy

• The refund will be done for the product not delivered or services not rendered. In no other case the refund will be done.

• The refund will be done within a week for customers in India and it will take 2-3 weeks for customers outside India.

• The full amount will be refunded in case a service is not rendered at all. In case the service was rendered and some error occurred which could not be amended then partial amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation for the services can be done within a week of the service if the service charge is paid then partial refund will be done.

• If the cancellation is done after two weeks then there won’t be any refund.

• The cancellation done within a day of the order will get full refund if the service is not rendered at all or the product not dispatched

Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Authors requesting manuscript withdrawal must submit the official withdrawal form through the corresponding author using the registered email address. For manuscripts with multiple authors, consent from all co-authors is required. Submission of a withdrawal request does not guarantee approval and is subject to Editorial Board review.

After approval, the manuscript/article will be removed from the journal database. However, due to the journal's open access policy, copies of published articles may remain available on third-party repositories, indexing platforms, or websites beyond the journal's control. The journal and publisher shall not be held responsible for such external availability.
