Upon acceptance, the authors are required to pay a nominal pre-press charge. Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applicable only to accepted articles to cover the costs of making the final version of the manuscript freely available through open access. The charges include online publication of the paper, plagiarism checking, peer-review management, typesetting and formatting, proofreading, a soft copy of certificates, posting charges, indexing, metadata preparation, digital archiving, maintenance of link resolvers, website maintenance, and journal infrastructure. 

Note: There are no submission charges, and APCs are applicable only after acceptance of the manuscript.
